Here you can track our progress across the areas of ridership, on-time performance, and cost efficiency. Each metric can fluctuate a lot depending on the month, season, weather, and road conditions, or a variety of more complicated factors like economic and social events and circumstances.

Understanding Our Performance Metrics

Monthly Ridership

The total number of passengers riding the service in a calendar month. The higher the number, the more people enjoying our service.

On-time Performance

The percentage of the time the bus arrives to our stops within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. The higher the number, the more punctual our buses.

Cost per Mile

The net cost to ODOT required to operate each mile of service. The lower the number, the less costly it is for our buses to operate.

Farebox Recovery

The ratio at which passenger fares cover the cost of operating the service. The higher the number, the more ticket sales are paying for the service.
