Beginning May 13, 2026, our Hillsboro stop at Tanasbourne Town Center will be relocated one block south. The new stop will be across the street from Carl's Jr. and behind the Nordstrom Rack building.

Thank you to everyone who trusted the POINT to get you where you needed to go in 2024! The Cascades Route achieved its highest annual ridership in service history last year, breaking the previous record was set in 2014. The route broke monthly all-time ridership records for 11 of 12 months in 2025. Check out our Performance Dashboard page for current trends.

Effective Monday, November 17, we will be making some small changes to the Cascades Route schedule in order to better serve riders. These changes will affect only the 5543 and 5544 buses. Changes are shown below in red.

In order to improve the efficiency of the service and ensure our passengers can have the safest and most comfortable experience possible, the Eastern Route will be changing to weekday-only service after Labor Day 2025. The service will operate Monday-Friday only starting Sept 1, 2025. All other schedule times, stop locations, and ticket prices will remain unchanged.

With this change we can make sure our service is better aligned with our local partners in Bend and Ontario, and throughout the region, who are mostly closed on weekends.
