There is a restroom on board in the rear of the bus! Please note that this route does not stop for restroom breaks or make any other unscheduled stops.

The NorthWest route has 110V AC power outlets and USB charging ports at each seat that are free for passengers to use for charging phones, tablets, laptops, etc.

Luggage limits
Because of our connections with Amtrak train service, this route follows Amtrak’s generous carry-on baggage policy. Passengers can bring two carry-on bags and check two bags. All bags must be under 50 pounds and under 75 total inches (length + width + height of the bag). Passengers must be capable of carrying their own belongings. Bikes and skis
Passengers may bring one bike free of charge as space allows. Space availability will be at our drivers’ discretion. If you’d like to reserve a space for your bike ahead of time, please purchase a $5 bicycle ticket from Amtrak when you buy your ticket. Bikes will be stored in the luggage compartment under the bus. A bike box is not necessary but you are welcome to bring bungee cords or other securement aids to assist the driver in securing your bike. We can usually accept a total of 4 bikes per trip.

Every bus used on this route has seats with three-point lap and shoulder seat belts.
Car seats
Car seats
Babies are welcome aboard all POINT routes! Our seats are equipped with three-point lap and shoulder seat belts and are capable of securing an infant and children’s car seat. Please check the manufacturer’s instructions regarding how to secure your child’s car seat with seat belts. If you’d like to keep your little one on your lap we will happily store your car seat in the cargo area for free or allow it as a carry-on as space allows.

All lost and found items will be turned in to Union Station. Amtrak staff in Portland are ready to assist you in getting it back:

Only service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed on the buses.
Age policy
Age policy
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to ride the NorthWest Route. Minors must travel with another person who is at least 18 years old. Drivers may request photo identification from passengers to verify age.
