The POINT is a contract-operated bus service managed by the Oregon Department of Transportation. The POINT is not operated by Amtrak or Greyhound but we work with both companies to sell our tickets to provide passengers with options to connect to the national network of trains and buses. Please note the following:

‍Each route uses a reservation system.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. You cannot buy tickets on this site and drivers do not sell tickets.
Passengers have several options for purchasing tickets. We recommend purchasing from the Amtrak and Greyhound websites and mobile apps when possible.

southwest

Route

You can generally buy a ticket up until about 30 minutes before the bus leaves, but we recommend buying further in advance. Tickets can be purchased online, using mobile apps, over the phone, or in-person. Adult fares range from $3 to $52. Free transfer slips for JCT, RVTD, and RCT bus service are available from drivers upon request.

* Note for Amtrak, FlixBus and Greyhound: Our buses are assigned 4 numbers depending on the segment and direction of travel: 8611 and 8644, or 8711 and 8714. Look for these when booking with Amtrak, FlixBus or Greyhound.
